SUMMARY:
Eighteen patients with periodontal disease and measurable pockets in their gums were treated in a study with coenzyme Q10. Those patients that received coenzyme Q10 treatment were easily identified by doctors as having received the coenzyme as opposed to those that received a placebo - exemplifying the benefits of coenzyme Q10.
